STAR SLOTS INTERNATIONAL NAMES FRANK FIORE
VICE PRESIDENT OF TALENTDIVISION

(Miami, FL/ June 29, 2005) Star Slots International Corporation (SSI) chairman and CEO Carlos Barba announced today that he has named Miami-based producer/manager Frank Fiore to fill the position of Vice President of the company’s talent division. Fiore, 51, is a 3-time Emmy winning television producer with a 30 year history in various areas of the entertainment industry, including record producer and talent manager.  Fiore will focus on expanding SSI’s already existing Hispanic talent roster, as well as initiate and develop an Anglo talent/trademark division. He will be responsible for the territories of North America, Europe and Asia .

Star Slots International (www.starslots.net ) is a licensing company specially focused on leveraging leading brand based entertainment properties to create top performing gaming products. The company has amassed an impressive list of Hispanic icons for broad based licensing into casino, lottery, credit card and phone card industries. SSI’s brand portfolio currently includes soccer great Pele, salsa queen Celia Cruz, mambo king Tito Puente, racecar driver Emerson Fittipaldi, baseball legend Roberto Clemente and many more.

Simply put, SSI is in the gaming business:  developing, creating, and placing slot machines, lotteries, credit cards, phone cards and internet games in casinos, internet and retail outlets all over the world. The company’s first 3 casino products, slot machines featuring Pele,  Celia Cruz, and Tito Puente, are already off the assembly line and being placed on casino floors.

SSI partners celebrities and brands to these machines, and works to create an “added value” slot, complete with HD video screens, live performance clips, music samples, and creative jackpot bonuses including everything from concert tickets and CD collections to designer clothing lines, jewelry, and trips- all somehow related to the machines “star”.

The tremendous growth that the gaming industry has been experiencing over the past few years point to the obvious advantages slot machines and related gaming products of this nature create for brands and celebrities alike: high profile exposure in heavy traffic casinos, a new outlet for exposing music, video, product lines, etc.  Add to that a lucrative royalty-based financial payout for the star or brand, and SSI has a very attractive scenario to present. Artists, managers, and record labels are responding with great interest and enthusiasm.

This past week,  SSI  entered into an agreement with MDI Entertainment , a subsidiary of Scientific Games (NASDAQ: SGMS) to develop instant lottery tickets, credit cards, and phone cards featuring some of the world’s most famous Latin icons, an agreement that will soon include the company’s  Anglo division clients as well. SSI’s first project with MDI is a World Cup lotto ticket featuring Pele, set to debut in time for the June 2006 World Cup.

“I look forward to my affiliation with Carlos Barba and SSI, as well as the challenge of exploring and creating new business opportunities with friends and associates,” commented Fiore. “I feel very positive about this match.”
